OJSC Multiregional TransitTelecom  (МТТ), an international and domestic long-distance telecommunications operator in the Russian Federation, for the purposes of promoting international and domestic long-distance and value-added telecom services provided a number of free-of-charge services to guests at the VIII InfoComm 2008 International Exhibition/Forum held on October 22-25, 2008, at the International Exhibition Centre Crocus Expo.

МТТ  traditionally participates in the annual InfoComm exhibitions.  At its business-centre stylized booth, the company installed two phone-boxes, designed in the manner of corporate style of the company, which the visitors at the exhibition can use to make free domestic long-distance and international calls. In addition, at the MTT booth one can test “Universal Number”, “FreePhone” and “Virtual Calling Card” services free of charge.

InfoComm exhibition is a major event of the Russian industry of infocomm technologies demonstrating state-of-the-art achievements in domestic ICT industry. The company was set up in 1994 with a mission to establish co-operation between communication operators.  MTT offers telecom services and provides efficient co-operation organization to more than 300 mobile operators and 100 PSTN operators in Russia as well as their co-operation with 50 foreign operators, signaling co-operation – with more than 300 operators.
